Joshua Rawlinson trading as Raw Plumbing & Drainage unfortunately has got to be the most unprofessional, rude, incompetent plumber I have ever worked with. I work in property so have dealt with numerous tradespeople over the years. He failed to understand that a tap that he replaced had water seeping through the gaps around the sink and behind it and refused to put clear silicone around it to resolve the issue. He argued with me that this was not the done thing and I had to send him a Google document showing him that this was perfectly normal to do. Other plumbers have since agreed with me that this is the correct course of action to take. When he eventually agreed to do the silicone on another day for me, unfortunately my tenants cancelled the appointment and I told him we needed to rearrange. At this stage I owed him an outstanding £150 for the remaining works and Josh got every angry and aggressive with me saying he was not willing to wait another week for the money. I said I'd send
