Sussex Shoes Limited

The service I have received from John Lee. Director of Sussex Shoes in Chicester has been the worst example of Customer Service I ever received. Prior to speaking to Mr Lee I spoke to the Manageress (as she preferred to be called) who informed me I would not be offered a refund on Shoes I purchased on Saturday as the company didn't offer refunds. After looking at the receipt i was provided it made no mention of refunds and reminded the Manageress that The Sales of Goods and Services Act of !974 entitled me to a refund. She refused and hung up on me. After several attempts to reconnect Mr Lee called me back and told me there was a sign in the store that said "No Refunds". When i asked why this wasn't pointed out to me he said he didn't have to...!!! Please don't shop with these people as several other shops we visited while on holidays in Chicester provided outstanding customer service.
